Just For You!

Hello stamping friends!  It's me again. Yeah, I know two days in a roll, LOL! I have a fun card to share with you all that I came up with using the "Be Joyful" stamp set by Our Daily Bread Designs. If you have not checked this stamp set out, you just have to. It includes such whimsy flourish images and fun sentiments. For my card I've used the larger of the flourished images to create my own Designer Paper. I started out with a plain pink paper from the Basic Grey Out of Print stack and stamped the large flourish all over in THDI Aged Mahogany. To finish it off I simply added some Dusty Rose Glitter Glue and voila, my DP was done.  Have a look and see for yourself

Just for You

What do you think? Isn't this super fun?

Well, hello there!

Well, hello there stamping friends! I have a card to share with you all today that I have made using two of Our Daily Bread Designs September release. The first one is called "Lilac" and the second "Be Joyful". I tell you, with the Lilac stamp you can add any sentiment or scripture and you are set for any occasion! I also love the "Be Joyful" set. This set includes so many sweet sentiments and are done in such a fun font, they will bring  smile on your face.

Here is what I came up with for today's card

Inks: Memento London Fog

Accessories: Cheery Lynn Designs French Pastry doily die, Spellbinders Classic Circles Large, Fancy Frames Tags One, Recollections half pearls, lilac and white lace from my stash

So, what do you think?   I thought this would make a sweet little card to add to a special little gift for a friend, or a "just because" card to give to a friend who need a little pick me up.

Shout For Joy!!

Hello and happy Wednesday sweet blogging friends!  I m popping in today to share a very masculine card I have made using one of the September release stamp set by Our Daily Bread Design  called "Keep Climbing". I know I have said it many times before, I have a bit of a hard time coming up with designs for more masculine cards, so I was playing around a little and this is what I came up with

Shout For Joy

Recipe:

Paper: PTI Rustic Cream, Dark Chocolate

Stamps: ODBD  Keep Climbing

Inks: Memento Rich Cocoa, Tim Holtz Distressing Ink Tea Dye, Vintage Photo

Accessories:   Spellbinders Curved Rectangles, Classic Circles Large, Twill ribbon, Twine ribbon, assorted buttons (from my stash)

So, what d you think? Does this qualify as masculine? I know this is way different from what I usually do, but I am sure that men don't necessarily go for lace, flowers and all kinds of embellishments. :D;D   I know my hubby is more of a simplistic kind of guy, so I was aiming for it!

Well, this is it for me for right now! Thanks so much for stopping by! I do appreciate each and every comment.

Have a blessed and super creative day!

Give all your worries.......

Hello and happy Friday blogging friends!

Today I have a card to share with you that I have made just because. Most of you know that I had to step aside from crafting for a little while, or should I say limit what I did, due to some shoulder/arm and neck problems that I am dealing with. I have been in physical therapy and even though I have a long way to go, it hurts less and less crafting now, so I hope to be able to a little more again.  Staying on the computer too long is also affecting the pain, so I have to take lots of breaks in between trying to visit some of you and leave you some love, so please don't give up on me yet :D

Anyhow, here is the card I made using one of the newly released stamps sets by Our Daily Bread Designs called Scripture Series 3 which I absolutely LOVE by the way :D

Give all your worries......

Recipe:

Paper: PTI Soft Stone, Fine Linen, True Black, Prima Nature Garden

Stamps: ODBD Scripture Series 3 ( 1 Peter 5:7)

Ink: VersaFine Onyx Black

Accessories: Spellbinders Picot Edge Circles, Prima roses and leaves, seam binding, black rose lace, butterfly charm, Prima Genie stones, clear rhinestones

Size: 5.5 " x 5.5"

What do you think? I just love that paper and the way those colors just work so well, even if  I would not otherwise combine them.

Well, this is it for my post today. I need to run some errands, but really don't feel like going anywhere. The sky looks like it is going to be raining!

Thanks so much for stopping by. I certainly love hearing what you have to say about my creations and enjoy reading all of your comments.

Have a blessed and super creative weekend!
