Hello there!!

Hello there my stamping friends! I have a very CAS (Clean And Simple) card to share with you all today. I was playing around with the April release stamp set  "Paw Prints" by Our Daily Bread Designs and created this very simple card. I know you are probably saying, Sabrina and a CAS card, yeah right, but I think I did it and contained myself not to add any frill, flourishes, flowers or lace :D:D

Have a look and see for yourself.

So Sorry!!!

Recipe:

Paper:  PTI Rustic Cream, Recollections  Kraft, Basic Grey Curio

Stamps: ODBD Paw Prints

Ink: Memento Rich Cocoa, Tim Holtz Distressing Ink Vintage Photo

Accessories: embossed chipboard piece, Spellbinders Labels 25, Jute ribbon, Jute Twine, Twill ribbon ( bought it while we were stationed in Japan over 6 years ago :D), antique silver paw charm

Size: 5.5" x 5.5"

I used one of the plain colored pieces of paper of the pad and stamped the large paw print all over, creating my own DP. I thought that was a pretty cool way of using those plain pieces of  DP and make it pop!

Well, I will keep it short and simple today! Thanks so much for stopping by, it is always a joy to see you come visit!

Have a blessed and creative day!!

Hugs,

Hello and happy Tuesday!

Hello and happy Tuesday stamping friends! Hope you all had a fabulous Easter celebration! I have a  quick post for you today. I made a Dog Sympathy card the other day with one of the newly released stamps over at Our Daily Bread Designs called "Dog Sympathy".

Recipe:

Paper: PTI Rustic Cream, Dark Chocolate, My Minds Eye Portobello Road

Stamps: ODBD Dog Sympathy

Ink: Memento Rich Cocoa, Tim Holtz Distressing Ink Vintage Photo

Accessories: Spellbinders Labels 18, Petite Ovals Large, Lacey Ovals, cotton crochet lace, half pearl trim, turquoise seam binding, silver paw charm, foam dimensional

Size: 5.5" x 5.5"

What do you think? I left the sentiment off here, so I can use it either as a "just because" card for one of my dog lover friends or if I need a sympathy card for someone that lost a dog, I can just add it on the inside.

If you have not yet seen the April release over at Our Daily Bread Designs you should check it out!

Thanks so much for stopping by today!

I wish you and your family a blessed and relaxing Easter weekend!  My girls are in a Easter play at church and my 6 y.o. has a little speech and part of it goes like this

Easter is really for Jesus
who died and then rose from the dead.
We must always remember the love Jesus showed
and all of the things that He said.

So, remember this Easter when you go to church,
and this message you tell everyone.
That Easter is ALL about JESUS
and the bunny and treats are just fun!

Let's celebrate the real reason for Easter!!
