where has time gone once again? Hope you all are well on this very hot day here in Southern Arizona. I have a very quick card and post for you all today. Remember when I got my Verve order 2 weeks ago? Well, this is another Plain Jane stamp that I had ordered and it was just calling out to be used for this quick card. For the base I used my beloved PTI white and I ran it through my Bug, the Cuttlebug that is, using the Floral Fantasy folder. To make the main panel a little more interesting I cut a Nesties curved rectangle once again with my Bug, stamped the verse in VersaFine OnyxBlack and sponged the edges with SU Certainly Celery. Well, I wanted a quick card, but that did not look right, so I got one of my crochet flowers out and added a pearl brad, but something was still missing so I decided that I had to use my other Bug, the Cricut Expression, and cut at least a stem for the flower, so I did that by using the Home Accent cartridge and one of the flourishes on there and cut it at 2.5" adhered it to the card over the scripture panel to make it look like the stem of the flower and finished the card off by adding 3 pink half pearls. Very quick and easy.
Have a look
