Welcome To North Coast Creations April Release

Hello and happy Monday stamping friends! It is the 15th of the month and that calls for a new release over at North Cost Creations! This month is a fun one, but before I share my project I have created I will have   some details for you

For my project today I chose the stamp set "Roses" and it called I thought I'd make a tag.
