Hello stamping friends! It is Saturday and time for a new Shining the Light Challenge over at ODBD.

This weeks challenge: Make a card or project with a scripture, quote, or song as the focal point.

This challenge will be for 2 weeks so you have until October 7 at 8 a.m. to participate.

While it is not required to use Our Daily Bread Designs images and sentiments on your creations, we would love to see them if you have them.As a way of recognizing those who do use Our Daily Bread Designs stamps, we will again be choosing 1 to 2 creations to spotlight for our Shining the Light Award. In order to qualify for this award, however, you must use Our Daily Bread stamps and have your submission added to Mr. Linky by Friday, October 7 at 8 a.m. EST.If you upload your creations to Splitcoast Stampers or any other online gallery, please use the keyword is ODBDSLC78. When creating your posts on blogs please include a direct link to the challenge.

And here is what I came up with. Have you seen those big bloomers or also called frog feathers?  Well, I found some at a local fabric store and I am in LOVE!!

Paper: PTI Vintage Cream, Dark Chocolate, Crate Paper Portrait Collection

Stamps: ODBDSeeds (The Blessings Collection)

Ink: Memento Rich Cocoa, Tim Holtz Distressing Ink Vintage Photo

Accessories: Spellbinders Fancy Tags Two, Labels 18, lace pearl trim, Zva Creative pearl flourish, Recollections half pearls, Bloomer with a Recollections half pearl in the center

So, what do you think about this fun bloomer? I just love it and it takes Glimmer Mist or any other stain spray really well, but I will show you that one in a different post! ;D
