A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. John 13:34-35
and the challenge is to
Use something new on your project - it can be a new product, technique, embellishment - even a color combo that is new to you - show us what you got!!
The scripture Linda chose is a very powerful one and always reminds me that if I want to make it to heaven I have to show love to every one!!!! Yes, everyone, I can't have hate in my heart if I want to make it to heaven. God is not asking us anything that is impossible....he never did and he never will, it is up to us how we apply his word to our life and how we treat each other. Can you image that when it is your time to go to heaven and you are standing at heavens gate and you are not allowed in? You begin to wonder and possibly even throw a fit...saying that you lived a good Christian life and did all that was asked of you, but God says...there was one little tiny thing that you did not do, you did not love your neighbor or your co-worker or even one of your family members. Love is such an easy thing to do, it does not cost anything...all you've got to do is GIVE it! Sometimes it just needs to be that you open the door for someone or simply give a smile. This is a new day try to show some love and I guarantee you that God will bless you!!
Are you ready now to see what I came up with for this challenge? I actually got to use a brand new stamp set called "Serve the Lord" by ODBD, a new Spellbinders die Fleur De Lis Squares, and dies cuts from a new Cricut cartridge I just got the other day called Cindy Loo (I know it is not new on the market, but it is new to me ;D) and last but not least this wonderful and super beautiful pin I bought on clearance. Sabrina, gorgeous card as is your usual. You attention to details is amazing. I loved reading your insight to the scripture. I thought it was neat that the Holy Spirit impresed upon both of our hearts that what he was asking isn't impossible. Hard sometimes, yes, but not impossible. I hope you have a wonderful week. Hugs!

First, thank you for the devotion Sabrina! Your card, as always, is another stunning creation with awesome thoughts that you obviously took time to add such wonderful embellishments...You are one talented girl, my friend...and I love every visit to your blog!
This is breathtaking Sabrina!! I love everything you create! Love one another...it's easy to say but sometimes so hard.
To love you is such an easy thing though :):)
What a beautiful card! Your take on the Scripture is quite different from my understanding of how to get to heaven, however. I often remind the ladies at my Bible Study that when you get to the gates of heaven, it's the one time that name-dropping really counts. We don't get in by what we've done (or not done) but by what Jesus has done for us. Since God's standard is 100% perfection, and He doesn't grade on a curve, that's why we need a Saviour. We'll never be turned away a long as our faith is in Him and not ourselves. Now that's what I call Good News!
Your card is breath taking Sabrina.I love the way that youused the doily, the beautiful flowers, the lace *everything* that you used to make your card. This card needs to be framed or put in a shadow box. It truly is gorgeous! Have a wonderful week and thank you for sharing.
