So, let me share with you all what I came up with. I still can't put the this wonderful new set called "Praying for a Cure". There are a few very near and dear people in my life that have been diagnosed with breast cancer. My mother in law, my friend and neighbor Marianne and my friend Ruby, I've know her as long as I have been in the US and she is like a big sister to me. I tell you, GOD is good and he healed all three of these wonderful ladies in my life! To honor them and everyone else out there effected by breast cancer I made this little card.

Praying for a Cure!!!

Recipe:

Paper: PTI Vintage Cream, DCWV textured cs in pink, My Minds Eye Madison Avenue

Accessories: Spellbinders Labels 20, Picot Edge Circles, pink cotton crochet lace, handmade stick pin, Zva Creative small pearl flourish, Prima Burlap leaf, paper roses, Recollections Extra Fine Glitter in Blush, Recollections ink and white half pearls

I know this is a pretty simple card, but I really wanted to focus on this fabulous stamp set.

Now comes the hardest part of this post. We have to say goodbye to one of our sweet and beyond talented sisters of the Challenge Team. Pat, has to step down from her position due to health issues and it is with a sad heart and lots of tears that I am writing this. Pat, I will MISS you my friend!! I know you'll have to do what is best for you and I pray that GOD will heal those hands of yours and that you will be back when the time is right!  Love you Sis.!!!

Well, this is it for me for today. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for stopping by to see me today. Have a blessed and super creative weekend!

Oh, before I go, does anyone out there know how to get the signature working in blogger after installing IE9? I can't get my signature (the pretty one with the butterflies and all) to work. ALL I get is a big red X. If you know how to get it back with IE9 installed, please e-mail me.....THANK YOU!!

Happy Thursday.....

stamping friends! If you came here for this weeks Our Daily Bread Designs challenge Stampin' in Time with Betty,ODBDSNT46, you are in the right place. This rotations challenge is:

cards with TAG! T= Thankful, A= Appreciation, G= Grateful. You can use an actual tag, create a card that is thankful, shows appreciation, or conveys gratefulness, or you can combine a tag with the themes. Remember, the more you play the more you increase your chance to win! We look forward to seeing what you create using ODBD stamps!

For my card I went with the "Grateful" option. I am grateful every day that I am a born again Christian and that GOD is so good to me. I am not talking about material things, no, I am talking about giving his life for me, being there when I need someone to talk to in the middle of the night etc.,  but most of all for his WORD. Through his word I get to know more about his goodness and that is what I am grateful for. There are more things, but if I list them all you will be here until the next challenge in two weeks,LOL! So, to get back to my card, I chose the "Praise God" from the Mini Tags 3 and the scripture Psalm 126:3 from the Christmas Door stamp set. These two combined on my ornaments remind me of God's goodness and this is what I am grateful for.  Have a look and see if you agree with me

The Lord has done.....
