Welcome to the Our Daily Bread Designs October 2015 Release

Hello and welcome to the Our Daily Bread Designs October 2015 Release!  WOW, can you believe it is already October? This year truly has just flown by and we are rapidly approaching Christmas, yes, I said it, Christmas is right around the corner and this October release is just the right stepping stone to get some of those Christmas cards going. With that said, let me get right into my first card that I have to share with you all on today. For this card I have used one of the brand new ODBD Custom dies called "Adore Him". No stamps used on this one, as this die is absolutely speaking for itself, have a look

Recipe:

Paper: White, silver glitter paper, silver specialty paper (used for the die cut)

Accessories:  ODBD Custom Dies Adore Him, Boho Background, white Venise lace, silver cording, rhinestone, jewelry piece

Size:  4.25" x 5.5"

Isn't this just a wonderful new die? Well, I just love it and it makes it very easy to make a bunch of Christmas cards that can be easily mailed.

Alright, let me get to my second card for today. For this one I have used the amazing stamp set called "Christmas Tunes" and I absolutely love it.

Merry Little Christmas

Recipe:

Paper: Vintage Cream, Hibiscus Burst, Kraft, DB ODBD Christmas Paper Collection 2014

Stamps: ODBD Christmas Tunes

Insks: S.e.i. Cherise Chalk Ink, Tim Holtz Distressing Ink Vintage Photo

Accessories: ODBD Custom Dies Vintage  Labels, Peaceful Poinsettias, Fancy Foliage, WOC flowers, seed beads

Size: 5.25" 5.25"

For this card I was trying to go non-traditional and so I've used the more shabby Christmas Paper Collection from 2014 with a touch of Vintage, what do you think?

The first card reminds me of a quilted design cover for a baby's first Bible. Both are wonderful cards.

Sabrina, these are lovely! Recently I have become enamored of the bit of color on white, with lots of embossing - so the first card really caught my eye.

I love the silver cord and pearls that you added with the sentiment. The Soho background is very pretty and shows off the nice lace. The die looks fantastic in silver. I love the colors on the second card. Beautiful paper and the poinsettia is very nice with the added flourish. I love the song stamp from Christmas Tunes.
