Check out these fun colors for the Creative Colors Challenge # 9


Hello and happy Tuesday blogging friends!  Today I am coming to you with a card that I have made for the Creative Colors Challenge # 9. This time around we have a fun inspiration picture and all you have to do is pick any THREE colors and add flowers.....pretty simple right? Well here is what I have come up with using a digi image from our sponsor LacySunshine

Hello and good morning blogging friends! Today I am coming to you with a quick little card that I have made using some amazing paper from the brand new paper collection by Our Daily Bread Designs called "Christian Faith Collection", the awesome stamp set "The Cross" and brand new Custom dies called "Ornamental Crosses" and "Vintage Flourish Pattern"  I also used some older dies by ODBD as well and they are "Fancy Foliage" and "Elegant Ovals" so this card is all ODBD, how cool is that!  Have a look at my

Taking a look back at the ODBD April Release


Happy Friday stamping friends!  Today I am sharing a post with you all of a card I made for the Our Daily Bread Designs April  release look back. If you have not yet checked out these amazing stamps and absolutely stunning and fabulous custom dies you truly are missing out. For today's card I have used one of the chalkboard background stamps called "Chalkboard Vine BG" in combination with "The Cross" and this breathtaking custom die set called "Vintage Flourish Pattern" and to fill in I also used an older die set called "Fancy Foliage".

Creative Colors Challenge # 8


Hello and happy Tuesday! Today I am coming to you with a card that I have made for the new Creative Colors Challenge. This time around we were to use three very bold colors "Hot Pink, Olive Green and Dark Purple" and do some fussy cutting and this is what I came up with


Recipe:

Paper: PTI Royal Velvet, Ripe Avocado, Vintage Cream, DCWV pink textured card stock, DP Prima Paisley Road

Stamps: NCC Floral Sentiments 5

Ink: Versa Fine Onyx Black, American Crafts pink and purple chalk ink

Accessories: Spellbinders Labels 14, ODBD Custom Fancy Foliage, pink and cream lace, Mulberry roses in pink, purple and yellow, pink sweetheart blossoms

Size: 5.5" x 5.5"

Hello and good Monday morning friends! First off I would like to say sorry for not being around much, but I have had a migraine since last week. Sucks, if you ask me. So, please, if you could say a little prayer for me it would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the ODBD April Release Hop!


Hello and welcome to Our Daily Bread Designs April Release Hop!  We have lots of gorgeousness to share with you all today and that is not an April Fools joke. This time around there are TWO, yes, you have heard right, two new die sets, and lots of stamps and even two new paper collections. For my first project today I have chosen the absolutely stunning background stamp "Chalkboard Vine BG" so awesome, and so gorgeous even in any other color besides the chalkboard norm black. To see it better, please make sure you click on the below picture to enlarge my card picture. I've stamped the background in Memento New Sprout, so soft a pretty. The cross is from the ODBD Custom Ornamental Crosses die set, the cool looking overlay there is the ODBD Custom Vintage Flourish Pattern........LOVE it! The sentiment is from the set "The Cross" check it out

For my second card, I did not use any stamps.....say what?  Yes, I put the ink pad aside for a minute and took total advantage of the absolutely amazing new paper collections that are being released today. The first one is called "ODBD Christian Faith Collection" and the second is called "Chalkboard Collection" and to represent God, I've used one of the crosses from the "Ornamental Crosses" and the label looking die cuts are from the "Vintage Flourish Pattern". Have a look at my very simple, but oh so powerful card
