Happy Hump Day!

Good morning on this frosty Wednesday morning! I have two things I would like to share with you today. I was at a Crop a few weeks ago and I created two little project while there. Since  still don't have my laptop back, I had to take more pictures and get them on my DD's computer, so here are finally my little project.

The first one is a card and I've used the All Occasion Sentiments stamp set from the Our Daily Bread Designs January Release, which is, if you ask me, the most wonderful stamp set. Perfect sentiments for really "ALL" occasions. Have a look and see for yourself


Recipe:

Paper: Recollections corrugated cardboard card base, PTI Rustic Cream, Ripe Avocado,K&Company scrap piece of DP (I believe it is from the Ancestry Collection, but not 100% sure), Recollections Kraft

Stamps: ODBD All Occasion Sentiments

Ink: Memento Rich Cocoa, Tim Holtz Distressing Vintage Photo, white Gesso (used on the birdcage and bird)

Accessories: Tim Holtz Sizzix die Birdcage, chipboard bird (from Michael's $1.50 bin), Mulberry flowers, Recollections curly flower, silver jump rings, clear acrylic baubles, Cheery Lynn Designs mini Fanciful Flourish, Olive Branches




And here is my second project, a small wall hanging if you will.

Ink: Memento Rich Cocoa, Tim Holtz Distressing Ink Vintage Photo

Accessories:  Tim Holtz Sizzix Birdcage die, Cheery Lynn Designs Olive Branch Die, Mulberry roses, Dusty Olive seam binding, lace, antique white key (from Michael's $1.50 bin), bird metal accent (Michael's), jump rings

Holy Word

I don't know about you, but I love that the stamp set Words of Faith allows you to put together the words any way you need them.

So, what do you think? Wouldn't this be a fun little gift for girl? I know my 7 y.o. wants it, but this one is going to Kelley to be displayed in the ODBD booth. Next week is the first show for this year and it is in Lawrenceville, GA. If you live somewhere close, make sure you'll check out the Heirloom Productions show as Sandee, Julie and Sherry are there to help with Make and Takes and off course Kelley too!

Well, this is it for me for right now. I have been quite quiet as my entire came down with the flu for two weeks plus my laptop has a fried harddrive and I am without a computer. I am using my daughters right now so please bear with me.
