Good Sunday morning.....

my stamping friends!!  It has been a week since I've posted and I have to tell you it was not by choice. My laptop bit the dust and all of my documents and stamping stuff is on it. It does not even stay turned on long enough to boot up :C:C. I was able to get a new laptop for a great price, but my stuff is not on it yet, so until I get figured out if and how I will be able to get my information off of the old one, I am limited on what I can do. I apologize in advance and hope that you will not give up on me!!!

So, I know you all did not come to hear about my problems but to see hat I have come up with for this weeks Stampin' Sisters in Christ Challenge. This weeks hostess is Marilynn and let me tell you, she has a good one for you all!

This weeks scripture is one of my favorites....Romans 8:28

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose

And the challenge is:

No designer paper, Paper must start as a solid color

For my card I used ODBD's Scripture Collection 1 which happened to have Romans 8:28 in it ;D;D

Recipe:

Paper: PTI Kraft, Dark Chocolate

Stamps: ODBD Scripture Collection 1

Ink: Memento Rich Cocoa, Tim Holtz Distressing Ink Vintage Photo

Accessories: Recollections Butterfly Sprig (which was a gift from my sweet friend Chris....thanks girl!!)
Prima Flower, Wild Orchid Crafts flowers, Cuttlebug embossing folder Kassie's Brocade, lace, Spellbinders Labels 5

To find out what the other gals have come up with make sure you'll head on over to the Stampin' Sisters in Christ Blog.

Well, this is it for me for today!   Thanks so much for stopping by!

I hope you'll get to play along!

Have a blessed day!
Hugs,

PS..take both the lap tops to a place that sells them, they will transfer the info from one to another.

Gorgeous, gorgeous card Sabrina... it has a beautiful woodland feel to it. I love it.

Glad you got a new computer... I would feel lost without mine. I stood on the plug this week and broke one of the pins in it but was grateful I had a spare. My laptop is getting on in years however and I suppose, it's only a matter of time before it gives up the ghost.

Have a blessed week

Sabrina, I'm so very sorry about your 'puter. These things can certainly through you for a loop when they go bonkers!! You can certainly get your information off the old one though. We've had that done numerous times. If you don't know a computer guru personally, I would suggest taking it to a computer shop and they can prolly do it for around $60-$100.

Anyways, your card is sooo GORGEOUS!! I love your colors and sponging etc. The flowers & Butterflies really POP off the card. So elegant. Thanks for sharing your lovely card in spite of all the 'puter chaos you've endured this week. Hope you get your info back soon! =) Hugs!

Hi Sabrina! So glad you are back on line with a new laptop!!! I know there are ways to transfer your files! I hope you know a computer geek who will do it for you... otherwise you can take it to the geek squad and they can but no idea how much that costs!

Now on to this gorgeous creation! Oh gf, no one does a plain piece of cardstock any better than you gf!!! So elegant yet earthy and the butterflys are gorgeous!!! Love all your details and of course the wonderful verse! PERFECT! I hope this week is better for you!!!
hugs,
Grace
