Oh no.....

it is already Tuesday and I have not stamped a thing since last week :(:(. Well, you all know that things of life sometimes get in the way. On Saturday I woke up and I was determined to wash my windows!!!! You all have to know that when we moved back to the states last year I wanted a BIG house, yep, so my hubby bought me this almost 3000 sq ft. house and we have tons of windows. Don't get me wrong, I love windows but if you have ever lived in the desert you know that there is sand in everything and everywhere. To make a long story short, I washed all of my windows inside and out on the bottom floor, I was way too chicken to get on a big ladder and wash the ones upstairs and hubby still is dealing with his back being out of line, so the outside of those windows will have to wait for a minute. Anyhow, after that I did yard work again and convinced hubby he needed to wash my car too and not just his :D:D:D, so he did a quick job on that and it was late afternoon and I was pooped. Sunday, well, Sundays in our house is church time, so we were gone most of the day because we had 2nd Sunday Fellowship and it lasted forever!!!!. Yesterday I went out and about with my two kiddos and that was that. So, you all know know what happened and I am sorry for being such a bad blogger!!!!!! This morning after I did my chores I just went into my room and pulled out my new goodies I got from http://www.limelightpapercrafts.com/ . Mandy is so fantastic she ships right away and you have your package within a few days. All right, back to the card, I also ordered a Unity Stamp Company stamp from Mandy and this is what happened in only 15 minutes

Recipe:
Paper: My card base is PTI white, the second layer is a moss colored cs from http://www.limelightpapercrafts.com/ so is the white scalloped circle, scrap of Basic Grey paper for the butterflies
Ink: SU Mellow Moss
Stamps: Unity Stamp Company for te butterfly sentiment
ISC for the vine on the moss colored cs which is from
the Marvels of Nature II Set
Accessories: moss satin ribbon (Big Lots find only $ 1.00)
golden bead end caps (Michael's) Kaiser half pearls
Martha Stewart 3 butterflies punch

The edges on the moss layer are distressed and the scalloped circle is popped up with dimensionals. I also sponged the edges of the circle to soften it a bit. I don't know if you can see all of the details in the picture, for some reason I had a pretty hard time taken a good picture.

It is 11:15 AM here (we don't change time!!!!) and I am about to take my kids out for a minute or two. Guess where they want to go? Naomi and Thalia both love Michael's so we are headed there in a bit.

Thank you so very much for stopping by. I truly love having you over.

Talk to you all soon,

Now I know that it's no fun to wash windows covered in desert dust from the Vail gales - so I am very impressed.

Gorgeous card - love these colors, and those little butterflies!!!
